Refunds & cancellations

Last updated April 9, 2026. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for payments related to ProERP, operated by ProERP. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

1. Scope & related offerings

This policy applies to wallet top-ups and similar prepayments you make through our payment partner to use balances inside ProERP. Task payouts, fees, and other flows may have separate rules shown in the product or in your agreement with a business. For a list of products/services and INR pricing, see Products & pricing.

2. Nature of wallet top-ups

When a top-up succeeds, the amount is credited to your in-app wallet in INR for use within the platform according to our rules and applicable features (e.g. participating in tasks). Top-ups are not bank deposits and do not earn interest unless we explicitly state otherwise.

3. Successful payments

If your payment is captured successfully by the payment gateway, we generally treat the transaction as final. If a duplicate charge or clear processing error is confirmed by our payment partner, we will work with them to reverse or adjust the charge in line with their rules and timelines.

4. Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, no wallet credit is applied. Any authorization hold on your payment method is governed by your bank or card issuer and the payment provider.

5. Refund requests

Refund requests for top-ups must be sent using the contact details on our Contact us page and should include your registered email, approximate date and amount, and transaction reference from your bank or receipt if available. We typically respond within 5–7 business days (longer if a payment partner investigation is required).

We may approve a refund to the original payment method where required by law, where we verify a billing error, or where we choose to grant a goodwill refund. Refunds are not guaranteed for wallet credits already used in line with our Terms, except as required by law.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may restrict account features until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account closure and reporting as permitted by law.

7. Cancellations

You may stop using the service at any time. Closing an account does not automatically refund unused wallet balance; contact us if you believe you are entitled to a payout or refund under this policy or applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The updated date will be revised at the top of this page; continued use of payment features after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
