Privacy Policy

Last updated April 9, 2026. This policy describes how ProERP (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use ProERP.

1. Who we are

The platform ProERP is operated by ProERP. For privacy-related requests, use the contact details on our Contact us page.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, role (member, business, or admin), and credentials you provide at registration or login.
  • Profile & payout data: information you submit for tasks, withdrawals, or verification (for example bank/UPI details where applicable).
  • Usage & technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location, logs, and cookies or similar technologies needed to run the service and keep it secure.
  • Payment data: when you add money, payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g. Cashfree). We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we may receive transaction references, status, and limited billing metadata from the processor.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve ProERP;
  • Authenticate users, enforce role-based access, and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Process wallet top-ups, tasks, and withdrawals in line with our Terms & conditions and Refunds & cancellations policy;
  • Send service, security, and (where allowed) operational communications;
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

4. Sharing

We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment gateways) under contracts that require appropriate protection. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention & security

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute resolution. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including Indian data protection rules as they evolve), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, or to object or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us using the details on that page. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7. International transfers

If infrastructure or subprocessors are located outside your country, we take steps consistent with applicable law to safeguard data (for example contractual safeguards where required).

8. Children

ProERP is not directed at children under the age required by local law to enter contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.

9. Products & other disclosures

For a description of platform offerings and INR pricing, see Products & pricing. For grievance, address, and supplementary business information, see Other details.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change, and for material changes we may provide additional notice (e.g. on the site or by email).
